		<description>So, my female Pit just went into her first heat, and our Golden Retreiver kept trying to hump her, well my female got tierd of it and they got into a BIG fight. The Golden is torn up bad, she can barely walk on her front leg, she got a blood vessell popped or something, and she has bite wounds on her neck, her head, her ears and her legs. My dog (The Pit) has a scratch on her ear and a puncture wound on her head. What do I do? I don't want to put my Pit down, I can't do it.. Please answer my question and helpp??

			<p>Please spay your female. It will solve ALL of these types of issues. I do transport of rescue dogs and the shelters are full!!!! Your pittie doesn't need to be euthanized but spaying her will help keep others from that fate<br /><br />

			<p>This s part of why you ALWAYS keep a dog in heat separated from other dogs. As soon as the golden started bugging her you should have removed him, or her.
Spay your girl. There are numerous health benefits, plus it will prevent adding unwanted puppies to overcrowded shelters.
No reason to put her down. Both dogs responded just as nature intended. This was entirely on the HUMANS involved. The dog should not have to pay the price.<br /><br />
