My friends dog has parvo. She got tested on Tuesday and was negative but on Wednesday night she showed signs.

She now has parvo.. Our dogs were together on Monday.. Does this mean my dog is at risk now? I know it travels threw feces but she didn't go to the bathroom in my house.. she tried to play with my dog but he wouldn't play and ran the other way.

I would bleach where ever she was and keep a very close eye on your dog. If your dog shows and signs of being sick, then you need to get him/her to the vet ASAP. Good Luck!
