My dog can't get up or walk.

My dog Charlie started walking real slow right after his surgery when he swallowed an underwear. At first we thought it was the stitches but then it was getting worse. He doesn't seem in pain he just sits after 10m of walking. It is only his hind legs that dont look so good and it is completely symmetrical. He's done an X-ray, MRI, and a myasthenia gravis blood test. The blood test came back negative and the vet couldn't see anything wrong in the MRI or the X-ray. He now can't get up on his own anymore and we sometimes have to hold him up while he poops. The vets that have seen him can't tell what's wrong with him or what to diagnose him with.

Has anybody seen this in a 1year old, medium size dog?
Please help! Thx!

Take him to another vet for a second opinion... this sounds serious. ^_^
