my 3 yr old pitbull was attacked 2 weeks ago by a porccupine now her face is swollen on one side and cant open her eye

I would get her to the vet ASAP!! She is probably infected and it is very painful.

E-vet! Now! It sounds like some quills have snapped off & have worked their way into her head...setting off massive infection. This might require surgery. Do NOT wait any longer. This could be fatal if you don't take care of it NOW!
When removing quills you need to snip the end off before removing the barb using a twisting movement..not straight out. If you do not snip it there is a risk of a barb popping off beneath the skin.
