my 2.5 month old. he pees constantly in the house even though i remove the water.how do i get him to only pee outside?

Your dog needs water, so I hope you didn't remove it completely. The water dish needs to be left out all the time, really. It's presence will not hinder housetraining in any way.

First off, he's a puppy. Puppies pee in the house. Housetraining is a process and you will not get results overnight.

He is young, it will take a while. Get a good enzyme cleaner like nature's miracle and follow the directions for each time.
