My 11 month old male just recently started hiking his leg on my 11 year old female.

Gus, a bouvier, was rescued from a bad environment at 6 months old he's 11 months old now. I already had an 11 year old female Bouvier and a 6 year old male American Water Spaniel. The 3 of them get along great. However, I recently have been catching Gus hiking his leg on the other Bouvier and peeing at stuff. For example, they have a loveseat in their room that the older dogs hang out on while Gus is in his crate - he pee'd on that. I have an outdoor loveseat on the deck, I noticed he peed on that as well.

Each time that I have seen the pee or caught him in the act, I've told him "no" and put him outside.

This morning, my female was drinking out of the water bowl and Gus walked over and hiked his leg and pee'd at her.

On a side note, Gus's sister was rescued by my sister. She had to send her to doggy day care a few days per week & have a dog whisper help with her separation anxiety.

Gus hasn't exhibited the same signs of separation anxiety. He's playful&sweet. What gives

Absolutely normal adolescent male dog behavior. He is feeling his oats, so to speak, and marking things as his, probably claiming the female dog over the other male.
Neutering will help, but it is not a miracle and it will also take diligence on your part to stop this in addition to neutering. In many cases, it takes going back to housebreaking basics and keeping a tether on him when he's not being directly watched. Unlike puppy housebreaking, marking CAN occur when he doesn't really have to go, so allowing him to be unwatched after he has peed outside will not stop him from marking inside.
And, in many cases, along with marking comes challenges with other male dogs, especially over a female (spayed or not), so make sure to keep an eye out for that to start.
Finally, make sure to thoroughly clean any place he has marked with an enzymatic cleaner such as Nature's Miracle, following the directions carefull to avoid any lingering smell which, even though you may not notice, he wil
