I am new to this forum and had a few questions. My fathers Golden Retriever just gave birth to 11 puppies 2 weeks ago

Yes, up to a dozen puppies can be born. Are you ready to handle all of these dogs? Make sure that you feed the mother a large breed puppy food while she is nursing, for optimal nutrition for all like Nutro Max, and then switch the puppies over to that food when they are about six weeks old to help give the poor mom a break! You may also need to help with nursing if there is an underweight runt that can't get in at feeding time. ^_^
