You mean the video is still on Dogster, but lost from your computer's files? If so, there are programs that will download streaming video. I've used RealPlayer. (I've had trouble with it lately, but my computer went through a lot so it might not be the program's fault. I'm going to see if I can fix it.)
You should be able to find some other such programs at download.com.
