We have two inside dogs. One is a female rat terroir, not fixed, the other is a fixed male peek-a-poo. The female went into heat about 3 months ago. All was fine after till about a month ago she became dominate at times and at other times she sits in front of him and cries. It has become very annoying to us and also to my other dog. What is wrong with her and is there anything we can do to stop the behavior?
