do you recomend any utvet students or responsible people to walk dogs a few times a month for about half hour to 40 min

Dogster answers is answered by people from all over the world via the internet. Obviously, even if we KNEW where you were, we would have no idea of any dog walkers in your area.
I would suggest you make your request at local to your area kennels and veterinary hospitals. Perhaps they would know someone who does this sort of thing.
