aggressive weener dog who snaps badly need help im reaching my breaking point.

i have a non fixed male a weener dog.and yes i know i need to get him fixed) im a 18 year old girl and i try my hardest to have everything i need for them and i do pretty well. i had been saving up to get him fixed,putting 20 away from each pay. then my dog started getting aggressive towards my boyfriend whom i live with.my boyfriend was the one who got him but he instantly cling ed to me. he never barked growled nothing at first he was just abit scared. apparently the old family would abuse him we were told. then a few weeks past by he seemed to brake out of his shell loved me my boyfriend and our other dog the jack russell. all seemed perfect. the one day when i was at work my boyfriend called me to tell me that he had just gotten up to go to the toilet and mr wennie went to attack him and bit his leg then tank(jrt)went in and jumped on wennie and started attacking him. he seprated them and waited for me to come home, he constantly does this now he snaps at me just for walking.
