1 yr old pug had allergic reaction to vaccines 2day vet gave her benadryl shot which helped but now she has welts.

we took her back asap when she reacted this morning. vet gave her shot of benadryl. after shot she seemed fine all day. now she has welts all over body & is throwing up. is this normal reaction? should i take her to emergency clinic?
