There are several parks in and around Rochester, NY that your dog might enjoy. Technically, there are only two or three within the metro area, but there are many others only a short drive away. With these different parks to explore, you and your dog should have plenty of exciting adventures to go on.
Because these parks aren’t all run by the same city, it’s important to check the regulations before you go to each one. They are quite different from each other.
There are many different dog parks available in and around Rochester, NY. Many of these are run by the same park managers, so they mostly utilize the same yearly membership. Purchasing this membership allows you to access most of the parks on this list, and it is pretty inexpensive. There are several other paid parks. Therefore, you should have plenty of options to choose from.
Sadly, there are no free dog parks located in the area, so you will need to pay a membership fee. Luckily, these fees are inexpensive.
