For many years my dogs have been fed Victor Lamb and brown rice dry food. Ranging from a German Shepherd, Doberman, Scottish Terrier and now two Shetland Sheep dogs, none have experienced food allergies or digestive problems. In addition to the kibble, they get an additional egg or vegetable a few times a week. All dogs lived beyond their normal life span except for the Doberman, that had a heart problem. I choose the Lamb diet because we used to raise sheep and they were always very healthy.
