Allison has dipped her toes in many employment fields, from working as a scuba diving instructor in Thailand to being a writing tutor for college students. In her spare time, she loves knitting (although she has a problem finishing all the projects she starts), gardening, reading, and painting. Cooking is also a passion of hers. But no matter what she does or where she is in this world, if there is an animal nearby, she is happy.
She currently lives in rural Maryland with her husband and three dog-children she brought from Thailand: Jelly, Lorraina, and Manic
