Arrival Story: I got Roscoe from a pet store before I knew about the horrors of puppymills. He was an impulse buy. And though I love him dearly, now I know about puppymills and dogs in shelters, I would never buy from a store or breeder again. I support Rescues and Shelters 100%

Bio: It's been about 6 years now and I have to say it's been an adventurous time. I love Roscoe more than anything; he's been a huge part of my life, including support and comfort. He's been my inspiration for my pet photography, my shoulder to cry on, and the goofy-goober to brighten up my day.
Roscoe the Racehound is a pretty great dog. He's more like part of the family than a pet, and he's most-often called 'cousin Roscoe'. I use him in reference to speeches on Spay/Neuter, conferences on adoption and protests against pet stores. And Because of him I've learned more about beagles than I thought I would ever know!

Recent Achievements:
In late 2007 Roscoe was dubbed "Roscoe the Racehound".
Roscoe won "Best Trick" at the GAFCDPC in 2007.
Roscoe's photo won "Best Smile" at the GAFCDPC August 2nd, 2008.
On August 9, 2008 he figured out how to get the treats out his kong/feeder ball.
In November 2008 Roscoe's "Kisses For You?" Picture won 1st place in the "Wow" themed Reflections Contest
& Boy do we apologize! Just so much has been going on! Some good, and some notsogreat.
But we'll keep it to the good news. Mum has got me two new argile sweaters! We all know the weather has been changing, and with that..comes...well...clothing. Hmpph. I didn't get much say in whether or not I wanted to wear clothes, but I do tolerate it, and on those extra cool nights when I'm snuggling up with mum they do help.
Mum is also in the process of getting two new lenses for her d60, hence the lack of photos that have been uploaded. But don't fret, some new pictures will be up soon.
On another note, one of our cousins has joined the military and we congradulate him. We can't wait to see you when you graduate from bootcamp BAROOO!! Also, mum (and hopefully I) will be making our way to Georgia in the Spring time. Off to another college she tranfers to continue in her pursuit of her BFA in Photography. Who would've guessed?! BOL. We all knew.
Hmm.. thats about it for now, again, our apologies for not being on more. With work, school, walks, and volunteer work there's little time to dilly dally.
But we'll keep you updated!

Well, Mum finally decided to upgrade to Plus again and boy are we excited!
Three new pictures have been uploaded already! & mum plans to upload plenty more ; the other pups will have their photos uploaded as well.
Mum has decided to get cracking on her free-lance photography business, she's getting one of her lenses fixed and about to complete her website. Of Course the link will be posted on Dogster! How could it not be! (when it's completed that is )
Also, after my trip to the vet we figured out why I was so itchy :allergies! I got a shit that cured all the itching and some pills to keep the rash at bay. You don't know how relieved I am to stop itching ; the hair on my legs is even growing back . Mum is extremely happy about that.
Other than that, nothing is too new.
I DID get a new Orange sweater, but it doesn't fit so it has to be returned :( ....that sad face is only for mum, I'm not reaaaally to fond of wearing clothes.
