Great care and service!

Frank has pet insurance that is serviced through Banfield. With a dog the size of a backstreet boy it's always a good idea. We have been completely satisfied with our experience. We have had a few emergencies, his neuter and all of our preventative care there and we love it. Frank is 136lbs now and just had his four year check and is in perfect health. They gave him a room for the day (it's an all day appointment) and an attendant spent a lot of time with him so he wasn't alone all day. How cool is that? They have been a part of our dogo care team since day one and we couldn't be happier!

Frankies favorite place in the world

Dogos have very sensitive skin that is easily irritated. Plus he's allergic to wheat glutten; so he's on a raw frozen diet that only mud bay carries in our area, luckily for us we love it there!! Besides being a great store with lots to choose from Frankie considers this His place. They have a whole isle of treats right at his level so he can choose his own. How fun is that? And who doesn't love to get a treat just for being there. What is not to love about mud bay?? I know it's our favorite place!!!

The best walker ever!

This is my walker Rose and she is the best. My mom doesn't just trust anyone with me. I'm big and can be a hand full, I'm too friendly and I have never really been alone so when my mom travels it's a big deal. With Rose she never worries and knows that she'll takes care of me as if I were her own. It's been over two years now and we could not be happier. I'm still so happy to see her because I know it means I get to go for a walk and hang out with my friends.
