Plenty of dogs!

This park has a great community of dogs and owners at it. Some bring kiddie pools in summer, others provide extra bowls. We generally have a good experience with it. It's a smaller area so the dogs get lots of socializing in, whereas parks like Memory Grove & Parley's allow dogs more space and neat things to explore.

small classes - positive reinforcement - lots of fun!

Missy and I went through level one obedience here and had a great time while learning a lot. The trainer (Michelle) is nice and realistic. She doesn't get angry with you if you don't do the homework, but class moves on anyway. This is the same approach she uses with the dogs. There's no real point in getting angry when your dog does something wrong, so you teach them what's best for them. I learned a lot (and had done a lot of reading on dog training before) and had a ton of fun. I absolutely recommend this to others.

Dog's Meow!

First of all, they have a cat. I love cats. They also have lots of great food. I wanted it all. The staff knew how to fit me for a collar to help train me, and the lady even found me the right size and made sure it was adjusted right. We were treated very well. The lady behind the counter was very nice and chatted with my mom (who wouldn't just buy the food and let me taste it like I wanted her to). We're probably going to the one in Draper soon because I'm almost out of food, but it's a trip Mom and I look forward to. I felt like the staff really cared about me - so they recommended a yummy food that I love and a collar that helps me not drive my mom nuts on walks. It was recommended by our trainer (the lady with treats) and we can't wait to go back!

I love this walk!

This walk is close to home, and I love playing in the water. I have seen many different kinds of dogs - from big Great Danes to little Pugs - all running off leash. There's plenty of shade if you need a break from the hot sun, and lots of places to explore and hide.

my favorite!

This is one of my favorite places to go - I love to swim in the water. Most dogs are very friendly and good. I have never been in a fight here, and for the most part people are good at communicating whether their dogs want to play. There are many, many sticks and tennis balls to be found in the stream, plenty of places to run and play, birds to chase, and dogs to be friends with.
