Never again!The vet tech went to give Chili her shot and he dropped the needle while it was still in her and then he had the nerve to flinched and say "ouch". He didn't apologze or anything for hurting my dog. THEN he was cutting her nails and he twisted her paw outward and made her yelp. As it is, she has arthritis and sensative arms like many doxies, it didn't help that he pulled her paw in the opposite direction of the arm socket! We WILL NOT be going back there again. |
