Rescue Organizations P.O.Box 1504 McKinney, TX 75070 NTCR is a network of foster homes. Most of the cats/kittens are rescued from the Collin County Animal Services Shelter. NTCR focuses on rescuing orphan kittens, pregnant/nursing mothers, injured cats. All cats entering our system are vetted: tested for FelV/FIV, vaccinated, wormed and deflead before entering our foster homes where they will be socialized . Before being placed for adoption ALL cats/kittens will be neuteed/spayed.
NTCR manages the permanent Luv-A-Pet adoption center inside Petsmart @ 1751 NorthCentral Expwy in McKinney and holds weekly adoptions every saturday at Petsmart.
