GroomingI've taken my terrier mix, Gizzy to them for the last two years and she loves the people there. When I turn into the mall she goes bananas and practically pushes me out of the car to go in. I had taken her to another PetsMart at first and she wasn't at all happy. The next time I took her shop, she almost refused to get out of the car. We had one problem with them shaving too close and making a raw spot. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, they handled immediately. Gave me a lampshade collar for her and even called a few days later to make sure she was alright. |
