Staff lacks attention to detail
I dropped Caleb to be boarded at this Vet Clinic and to have his shots as well. When I picked him up, they forgot to give me the tag for his collar that the city requires showing that he has his shots. I went back the next day and they argued that they gave it to me (they had not) and made me pay the regestration fee again to get another tag (I had no choice and they knew it). This was my first and last encounter with the customer service at Central Animal Hospital.
