“Through a commitment to no-kill sheltering, required spay and neuter, adoption, and 24-hour a day rescue programs, we have worked tirelessly to save those animals who are without human guardianship. We service the tri-county areas of Berkeley, Dorchester and Charleston Counties, and we are the only independent, no-kill adoption shelter that is staffed and maintains regular business hours! Dedicated to finding appropriate, loving homes for all of our animals, we strive to provide the best for each and every one. While the numbers we can take in are a drop in the bucket to those in need in our area, it makes a difference to the ones we can. Come check out our new shelter--built with love and donations from our community! Thank you for your support! We're saving a pet for you!”

wonderful people

This is a no kill shelter for puppies and kittens who have lost their way. I had to take three puppies here before, because I just couldn't keep them, and I couldn't bare to take them to a kill shelter. The staff is very kind and warm, and they do a wonderful thing for these animals. Brand new facility is really nice with lots of space.
