Incredibly IncompetentAstonishingly inadequate service. One of our cats went there for mat removal and hair trim around the back end for hygiene purposes. Upon her return home I noticed that the requested hair trim had not been done as well as the fact that she still had mats. I called to inform them of this fact and decided to have her (the cat) returned to the groomer so she could be taken care of. The person delivering her was met with a frustrated and ill tempered groomer/owner displaying poor service skills and incredible animosity. Not only was the job dot done, there was no communication as to why they were incapable of doing it. I could not recommend this facility for any reason and will make sure to share my personal, horrific experience. |
Loving CareHi, My name is Cloe! I am a Silky Terrier and my hair grows out pretty fast and gets tangled easily, so I have to take care of my locks. I have had nothing but the best of care from these great people ! They make me and my mommy very happy with the care they provide.
