“Mt Tabor Park is a great place to go hiking! It has an off-leash section but sadley, it is not completley fenced in. :( It is really fun! Once I got outside the fence by climbing under because a ball got away, but I was having so much fun back there I went back under the fence to keep playing! Right next to the off-leash area is a kids playground and Grass. But you have to stay on-leash. ”
