Not Reccommended!I have boarded my dog here on several occasions and everytime, she has come back with infections that have needed Vet attention such as pink eye, gastrointestinal issues etc. I have never had a problem with her health until I started bringing her to this kennel. The mgmt have never returned any of my messages and the front end staff always give me a different excuse when I try to reach the manager and it's been at least 3 months since I last took her there! I was also just recently informed by my vet at my last visit that at least 2 dogs died there this summer due to heat exposure! One of those dogs was left locked out on the outside of their suite in the extreme summer heat and was dead when they realized it! I'm sure you can verify with any local vet office or the ag.dept. I couldn't take my baby back there again after hearing this! I do not reccommend this kennel at all! I gave them plenty of tries to give them the benefit of the doubt and each time was the same result - my dog having to go to the vet because she's got another infection after being there! The vet that is supposedly there everyday isn't like they advertise. I've been told this by my vet and several other people as well. Such a shame as they have such a nice large facility. The cleanliness is less than par and you do not get what you pay for. Please do your research before you consider taking your family pet here! |
