The 20,000 square foot Homestead Dog Park is now open. Your dog can run and play without a leash in this enclosed area in Homestead Park. The dog park is entered through a double gate to ensure safe release of dogs from leashes. The fence is 5 feet high to prevent dogs from escaping.

How Do I Get to the Chapel Hill Dog Park? Directions - The Dog Park is located at Homestead Park in Chapel Hill, NC. From Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, turn onto Homestead Road. Immediately past the Duke Power building turn onto Northern Park Drive. The Dog Park is easily indicated by the fenced in area. Please note that the Park offers two sections - one for medium and large dogs, and one for small dogs.
