This is a real nice off leash dog park. It's a woodsy area with lots of hiking trails and then a large open area where all the dogs meet up and play, overal around 10acres. Its a good time, usually a good amount of dogs there and few with bad attitudes. Everyones welcome to come and paly.

This park is amazing. Nicely maintained, completely fenced in. 7 acres, views of downtown, and close to the river. Below is the description from the website. Overview The High Bridge Dog Park is a 7-acre, former coal power plant site that was given to the City for operation as a dog-park following clean-up in May 2012. Thanks to a land-use agreement with Xcel Energy/NSP-Minnesota, the City of Saint Paul Parks and Recreation Department operates the High Bridge Dog Park (officially opens on May 31, 2012 at 5:30 p.m.). Normal dog park rules apply and the prime property is located just south of Shepard Road, west of Upper Landing, north of the River, and just beneath the Smith Ave High Bridge. *NOTE - The High Bridge Dog Park cannot be immediately accessed from the High Bridge.
