Dog Parks & Dog Runs 800 Livingston Street Bay City, MI 48708 Bay County’s first off-leash dog park. Located on the south end of the Bay County Fairgrounds, it is the only public place in Bay County where dogs can legally be off leash. This park was made possible through a $15,000 donation from the Humane Society of Bay County and the efforts of Bay County officials. The park features a large fenced-in area for play; within this area is a fenced-off area for smaller dogs. The park features basic agility equipment such as jumps, tunnels, weave poles, and a teeter-totter for dogs only.
