“Best musician and artist hang out in Indy, great kitchen, rockin' stage, full bar with a great beer selection (really). One of a kind place - check it out. Many dog friendly people here, including the owners (known rescuers!). People only is the general rule, but I've seen after-hours exceptions for canine familiars!”
I love Locals!!!!(from Roxy) Dave and Michelle found me outside their fence at 3 am one night after closing the bar for the night. They let me come inside and took care of me. I met their two male dogs. I heard I was cramping their style but they were nice to me. I got new people given to me on July 4th, they are called Johnny and Shawna Ping. They named me Roxy. The doctor said I was born around January 2006. I go to doggie school once a week now and I am glad Dave and Michelle took me in and found me a good home. I met Johnny at the Locals Only bar and he named me right away. After hours is my favorite time because I can come inside and hang out with all the people.
