NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY!! I should have done more research before placing an order with them. I made my order on the 5th of March and now it is the 28th and I still have not received any items. I made several calls and emails to the company and they NEVER answer their phone or return any emails sent. They did however take the money out of my account the day after I placed my order. I had to call my bank and report them as a fraudulent online store in order for me to get my money back. They state on their website that "all sales are final" and "no refunds".....I should have known. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO PETCO OR PETSMART INSTEAD!!!!

Don't Shop Here!

ALERT! BAD RETAILER! I was so excited to shop on this website...I found the item I wanted and checked out...well its been 23 days since I placed that order and have yet to receive my merchandise...what's worse is that it was a shirt supporting one of the presidential candidates...and its almost Election Day...if I do ever receive this shirt it will be pretty useless at this point. I called the company (which does not answer phone calls) and left messages, TWICE. Not once did I receive a return call. I sent two emails, one of which I sent to every single email address the website provided. After the second email I finally received an email stating that the product would be sent to me the following day. There was no explanation as to why it had taken so long. Of course they had already charged my credit card weeks before...they didn't blink an eye at taking the money. I asked for my product to be overnighted to me, I think it was the least a company could do for customer service...well I never heard a word...finally today...the 23rd day I have received a "confirmation email" that my product was shipped...will I ever get it? At this point I don't think so and it doesn't matter because the election will have come and gone by then. DON'T RISK NOT GETTING YOUR MERCHANDISE AND BEING CHARGED ANYWAY...EVEN IF THEY HAVE CUTE PRODUCTS...THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE RETAILER!!!!!!
