Dog Parks & Dog Runs 300 Howell School Road off of 896, lots of signs Bear, DE 19701 A great place to take your pooch to run free!! No fences here, but it is far removed from traffic and is surrounded by thick brush and vegetation. It's right on the pond, so be prepared to get muddy. You can find maps to it at the park's main office, or if you're coming from 896, just pass the main entrance, and continue for about 2 miles, and turn right at the "Hayride Staging Area" sign, and continue to the end of the street and make a left into the parking lot.
