Woof...I was rescued from a kill shelter by Homeward Trails vounteers and listed on Petfinders...that's how Mom & Dad got me!! Everyone there was so kind to me and my adoptive pawrents. This is a wonderful organization full of people who really care, make home visits before placing a pet and are always there to answer any questions you may have after your bring your pet home. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Thank You Homeward Trails!

Homeward Trails has rescued me and placed me in a warm, loving foster home until I find my forever home. Everyone is so nice and dedicated to saving the lives of dogs and cats -- more than 1,300 in the last year -- A great record for an all-volunteer organization!

Home at last!

I was in a shelter where my family took me when they did not want me anymore. I was there for a long time and no one wanted to take me home with them. I heard people saying that I had to go away and that it was my turn next. On the day that it was supposed to be my turn to go into the room where animals go and never come back, a lady came and rescued me! I lived in a house with a nice man and his dog until my Mommy and Daddy adopted me into my real forever home. Everyone was so nice to me and to my parents and really helpful with all kinds of advice for making me happy in my new home. They all stay in touch all the time. I am such a sweet girl and I am so lucky that Homeward Trails took me home.
