I regularly see pets that have consumed rat or mouse poisons that contain ingredients that block blood clotting. In fact, I treated one dog just today.

Happily, the FDA looks set to ban some of the most dangerous of these so-called anticoagulant rodenticides due to safety concerns for children and pets. Can you guess what the manufacturers of the poisons have to say?
