Yorkshire terrier-what age are they full grown?

My yorkie is 2 1/2 lbs and 4 mos. old, when will he be full grown and what would be his approximate weight

Yorkie's are full grown when they are 18 months. He should be about 6 pounds when he is full grown.

Actually smaller dogs mature and reach there maximum height much quicker then bigger breeds.

You can expect a Yorkshire Terrier to be fully grown around 9 months of age although they will fill out in body up to 18 months of age.
