Why is my dog eating so late??

My dog used to always eat when she was supposed to but now she waits until like 10:00 at night, she also won't eat when someones in the same room, someone messaged me saying that they think I mistreat my dog, when I think she's waay too spoiled, she sleeps on my bed with me, sits outside on a chair, gets treats, sleeps on my shoulder, I take her outside for a walk at one in the morning if she's thirsty, why won't she eat? :(
