Why doesn't badge creator work?

I've put it on my blog and it worked fine. I went back several days later and tried to put it on a 2nd blog. All I got was the text line under the badge. I've tried it every way to no avail including transferring the successful HTML from the first blog to the second. Anyone know why this is? Thanks in advance!
