What is wrong with my dog?????

I have a Jack Russel Terrier and he had recently been bloated. I know that for a fact, but when he was flushed out with a tube through the mouth we brought him home and he was acting better than normal. Within 4 hours the bloating had come back again, but this time the pain was more severe. When he was flushed out again I went to visit him hoping I would see the same outcome from the last visit. But this time he was shaking in the hind legs and wasn't able to lay down or get comfortable. He was so tired being under pain meds, but the pain was too hard for him to bear if he laid down. The weird thing is that he can throw up, urinate, and poop just fine. I was going to take him to get a camera put into is stomach to see if there was any kind of thing causing the pain, but the fact that he can digest food just fine is weird. If the doctors cannot find anything tomorrow, I may have to put him down because I can't stand seeing him in so much pain. Please help me.

Did they check for worms? That is the most common cause for a distended stomach & needs a dewormer, not a flushing. When we talk about bloat it is usually referring to "Gastric Dilatation-Volvulus" ("GDV") which can be fatal.
