While I agree with your point, Rosie, and although her page has shown that Lexie has been bred twice before, we cannot assume that she does not know what she is doing. But giving her links just in case is a good idea...many people I know, including some vets, know how to breed a dog and raise a litter at least mostly in the correct way as far as needs for that particular dog and litter goes, but they are not aware of the ethics and health testing that is also important, nor of the bigger picture: the dogs dying in shelters every day because of too much unnecessary breeding. For the benefit of onlookers, I'll emphasize that I'm not against all breeding. I just believe in breeding only the healthiest and soundest (structurally and in temperament) dogs who can contribute something good to their breed, as you know. This is merely a phrase for the wrapping up of much research on my part: there's much more to it.
