What is the best dry dog food for a beagle puppy but is also cost affective?

I am getting our first beagle and im unaware of the many diffrent types of dog foods (this being our first dog), so how do you choose?

Dogs require high protein diet, ensure that whatever dry food you feed your dog, they are highly rich in protein. You can feed Blue Buffalo or Eukanuba to your dog.
