Boston Terrier is the breed, brindle is the color.

Brindle describes a specific color pattern that occurs in many dog breeds. The coat would have a base color with slightly darker "striping". It's sometimes called "tiger striping" by people.

In a brindle Boston Terrier, the parts that you're accustomed to seeing in black would be the brindle color, with the white being the same as on any other color Boston.
