About two dozen or more different things, all with a different treatment. Take the dog and a stool sample to the vet for a professional answer. None of us here can diagnois something like that with just this information and meanwhile your dog can be getting more dehydrated and sick.

Yes, a number of things . A dog that suddenly gets sick may have foraged something that upset its digestion. Often they settle down in a day or 2. If not, see the vet before the weekend.

Lots and lots of things. It could be the dog ate something he shouldn't have outside. The dog could have eaten something hard like a piece of plastic that is partially blocking his digestive system. Could be bacterial infection, could be worms could be loads of serious and not so serious things. On day three you should take your dog to the vet. Your vet will take a stool sample, possible an x ray and/or blood and will be able to definatively tell you. In the meantime make sure your dog has water available at all times.
