What breed is this puppy?

Just got this cute little puppy, he was given to us for free because he has a little injured leg and the owner could not take care of him, however we don't know exactly what breed he is.
The vet said he's about 1 month - 1 month and a half and that he might be a mix.
He sort of looks like a german shepherd but he doesn't have enough hair.
Does anyone recognize his breed?

Hard to tell with a tiny puppy. Perhaps some Black and Tan Coonhound. Maybe Beagle. Time will tell.....

Rottweiler is my first guess but without a better picture it is hard to tell. Some of the black and tan breeds are doberman (which I don't think he has the muzzle for) minpin (again wrong characteristics) Coonhound (time will tell but not sure about the ears and muzzle) and Rottweiler He does look like a rott or rott mix he is way to young to tell. Oh almost forgot dachshund but he doesn't look long from the photo.
