I see many posts about "what mix am I?" I'm a puzzle too. Mom's pretty darn sure that I'm mixed with GSD and many say Australian Shepherd because of my blue merle coat. But, we've looked at many Catahoula Leopard Dogs and Mom's convinced that I'm a GSD/Catahoula mix. You can click on my picture to get to my page to see more of me. What do you all think?
I think you are exactly right. If she were GSD/ACD(Heeler) her tail would be fuller. The spots, rather than just ticking, and the hound dog tail say Catahoula and the GSD is obvious in the movements. What an interesting, intelligent girl!
She might be GSD/Blue Heeler (cattle dog). It's a tough call, you're right that Catahoula is a possibility. I guess the only way to know for sure is a DNA test. :)
HHHmmm... were not seeing the aussie lots of breeds can have merle coats but you do look like you have some hound in you. I'm thinking GSD/ catahoula too. Beautiful eyes BTW.
