What airline has the best pet policy for traveling with a snub-nosed (french bulldog) dog to Hawaii?

So far, I have learned that American and Delta will no longer ship snub-nosed dogs. Alaska will not ship snub-nosed dogs to Hawaii and Hawaiian is currently in talks to change their policy on snub-nosed dogs by not transporting any of these breeds. Due to Hawaii regulations, no pets are allowed in the airplane cabin, unless it is a service dog (emotional support dogs do not qualify). We will be traveling anytime after mid-August, when our dog has fulfilled Hawaii AQS requirements. Currently United, Continental and USAir will allow dogs as baggage/cargo after the summer embargo is lifted. However, with the National Transportation Safety Board's recently released statistics on injuries/deaths of pets on-board aircraft, I am concerned these airlines will be changing their policies for snub-nosed dogs as Delta has done and Hawaiian is considering. Any recommendations for safely transporting our french bulldog will be greatly appreciated!

you can hire a private plane they shouldn't have regulations such as that. On the other hand i don't know for sure.
I had my dog shipped in Cargo. So, things must be changing, I read of ppl placing tiny dogs that would fit under the seat, don't know??
I think you will have to place them in cargo.
And I think Hawaii might have their own laws in place about canines. Usually if you are going overseas it's cargo and the dog goes into quarantine. But, I don't travel in planes with my dog so i have no idea what to tell you.
the only thing i can think of is private jet.
good luck :)

You mentioned Alaska? Alaskan Airlines has the best "Cargo" shipping of pets. They go on the plane last and come off first. I have shipped many Shar-Pei puppies through Alaskan Airlines. They are the ONLY ones I will ever use. Granted, they can't ride with you - but they ride beneath and will arrive safe every time! They have no summer restrictions due to their policy of how the load and unload. Never had a pup even show up heated when using them!!!
