What kind of dogs are they? She could be allergic. Depending on the size of your original dog would depend of how much benedryl you give. Also, when Kali doesn't want to do something, she sneezes. It's the funniest thing. So maybe your dog is a little stressed over the new dog. How long have you had the new dog? Sometimes, if you give your original dog some time to adjust, it's helpful.
