We are thinking of adopting our first family dog. BUT I am worried that our family dynamic will be bad for her - my sons

The dog we are considering is an 11-month-old boxer/lab female.

You haven't given enough info here. How old are your sons? Why would you be worried? If you are worried, then why get a dog?

If you do not have the time for a dog. To train and take care of them by taking them for a walk and cleaning up after them. Then I think it is best that you do not get one.
