UNDERGROUND DOG FENCING SYSTEM - ANY ONE HAVE ANY EXPERIENCES?
GOOD OR BAD? ( SORRY ABOUT THE ALL CAPS, MY CAP LOCK KEY GETS STUCK SOMETIMES, SOMETIMES ALL CAPS, SOMETIME I CAN'T EVEN USE IT AT ALL! LOL) NO DISRESPECT INTENDED.
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF ANYONE HAS ONE OR HAS USED ONE, PLEASE LET ME KNOW YOUR EXPERIENCE GOOD OR BAD OR OTHERWISE- ALSO ANY ADVICE ON A GOOD BRAND? ANY ONE KNOW WHERE I COULD GET A GOOD ONE FOR PRETTY CHEAP? I KNOW THEY ARE NOT CHEAP BUT HOPING IT WON'T BE OVER 150.00 - I SEE THEM ON EBAY PRETTY CHEAP BUT DON'T REALLY KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR, I LIVE IN THE COUNTRY, OUR BLACKTOP IN FRONT OF OUR HOUSE IS NOT LIKE RUSH HOUR OR ANYTHING, BUT I WOULD LIKE TO FIND SOMETHING THAT WILL KEEP THE DOGS SAFE AND ALLOW THEM TO STAY OUT AND PLAY AND ROAM AS MUCH AS THEY WANT. I used the one by radio fence / petsafe for Kippers. Their training was also fantastic. You just can run the wire on the ground, place little flags around the wire. You will need to work with our dog, buy when your dog gets close to the wire, it lets out a beep on the collar. You tell your dog "NO". Kippers seemed to associate the flags with the beep...and shock she received if she went to close. In two days she was trained. I see them on ebay pretty cheap or check Craigs list. the Piddle Place
