Have you read the import regulations for bringing a dog into Hawaii?
They are no joke- if you don't do everything exactly as specified, they will put your pooch in quarantine for up to 120 days. If you're just taking a trip and not actually MOVING to Hawaii, then it may not be worth the hassle to bring her.

You must have TWO rabies shots, more than 30 days apart, and the second one must be no less than 90 days before arriving in Hawaii. So if you get one NOW, then another in 31 days, you may squeak by.

Also, your dog must have a negative blood test for rabies, no less than 120 days from date of arrival. So you need that done by March, and there is a bit of lag time usually between sending a blood sample and getting results. So you have to do that NOW, and have it expedited.

Overall it's a huge hassle for just a vacation. I'd leave her at home.
