To all the shih tzu lovers and experts...

I am about to adopt a shih tzu baby. The person with them sent me pictures of the mother and father. I am questioning whether the mother is pure breed because the picture looks too blurry but if you are able to see and tell me if she is can you let me know what you think? I will post another picture as soon as i get more.
